Who does the work is the difference between the plans. On Starter and Growth you get the same receptionist and the same features, and you run them yourself from the dashboard — it is a few clicks per change, and we walk you through it on your onboarding call. Scale is done for you: a dedicated assistant configures and maintains everything, builds and hosts your landing pages and galleries, keeps your pricing and service areas current, and is reachable on a direct line for unlimited changes.

Exactly how the free trial works

14 days, completely free. Full access to the plan you pick, with a live phone number from day one.
A card is required to start. We provision a real telephone number for you immediately, so a payment method has to be on file. Nothing is charged during the trial.
We email you before it converts. On day 15 the plan price you saw at checkout is charged, and renews monthly from there.
Cancel in two clicks. In Settings → Billing, or by email. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged a subscription fee.
Keep what it booked. Every appointment and lead captured during the trial is yours, whether you continue or not.

The trial covers the subscription fee. Usage beyond the plan allowance during a trial is billed at the overage rates above when the subscription converts. Full terms in the Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Pricing questions

The things people actually ask before buying.

Is a credit card required for the free trial?

Yes. Your agent goes live with a real phone number on day one, so we need a payment method on file to start. Nothing is charged during the 14 days, we email you before the trial converts, and cancelling during the trial means you are never charged a subscription fee.

What counts as a minute?

Connected inbound call time handled by your AI agent, metered per second and rounded up to the nearest minute at the end of each call. Ringing time, calls that never connect, and time after a call is transferred to your team do not count.

What counts as an SMS?

Every text segment sent or received on your behalf draws from one shared pool: appointment confirmations, reminders, missed-call text-backs, follow-ups, nurture messages and the AI replies when a customer texts back. A long message that carriers split into multiple segments counts as more than one.

What happens if I go over my included usage?

Nothing stops working — we never cut your phone off mid-month. Extra usage is billed at your plan rate and appears on your next invoice rather than as a separate mid-cycle charge. Your usage is visible in the dashboard at all times, and we email you as you approach your allowance.

Do unused minutes roll over?

No. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period. If you are consistently under your allowance, move down a plan; if you are consistently over, moving up is almost always cheaper than paying overage. We will tell you which, honestly, if you ask.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

No setup fee, no minimum term, no cancellation fee. Onboarding — including building your knowledge base and connecting your calendar — is included on every plan. You are on a month-to-month subscription and you can cancel in two clicks.

Who am I actually buying from, and how is tax handled?

Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle charges your card, issues your invoice, and collects and remits any sales tax, VAT or GST required in your location. Tax is shown before you confirm, and every invoice and receipt is available at paddle.net.

Can I change plans later?

Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for. Details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

What if it does not work out?

Cancel in the dashboard or email us — no retention call, no fee. You keep every appointment and every lead it captured. And if you paid for a first month and change your mind within 7 days, we refund it as a courtesy.
